Karunakar founded Bharadwaj Building Construction in Jaggaiahpet and has delivered 17+ homes across the region — personally overseeing every estimate and client relationship.

Our story
Bharadwaj Building Construction started in Jaggaiahpet, Andhra Pradesh, with a simple idea: build every home the way we would build our own — honest estimates, branded materials and work we are proud to sign our name to.
Today, with 17+ completed projects across Jaggaiahpet — from independent duplexes in Dollars Colony to gated-community homes at Bhuvanagiri Township — our reputation travels by word of mouth. Most of our new projects come from families who saw our work and asked who built it.
We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so every site gets personal attention from first visit to final handover.
How it works
A clear, written process — so you always know what happens next.
We visit your plot, understand your requirements, and study the site — soil, surroundings, access — before we quote anything.
Floor plan, 3D elevation and an itemised per-sq-ft estimate. We revise the plan with you until you are fully satisfied.
A written agreement with a stage-wise payment schedule. Branded materials, engineer supervision and weekly photo updates throughout.
A snag-list walkthrough before the final payment — then 1 year of free maintenance support after handover.
